I enjoyed listening this book. I believed it will be a good go-to resource for anyone looking to enjoy the spectacle while minimizing stress and maximizing fun.. i like how he gave comprehensive travel detail/ tips while breaking down cultural etiquette amoung all the world cup he has attend. Budgeting for years just for an experience of lifetime one can imaging. I got my tips hopefulf to start saving for a worldcup to take my boys. Safe to say the fan experience is one aspect il.be looking forward to.

Enthusiasm & Personal Stories

For starters, lemme me say how much I like the choice of voice actors. The down home vibes that B. Fike gives off are perfect for this book. I am so glad that this was a book primarily devoted to personal stories instead of some dry type of how-to class. Paul takes us through the steps that he personally took to attend 4 World Cups. Could there be more steps that he missed? Probably, but he's never claimed to be a professional tour guide. This is more of a travelog book than a how-to manual; although, there is plenty of how-to in this book. On the whole, it seems to have one clear goal: to make you a World Cup convert so you will want to attend the event yourself. Now I just might get off my butt and participate.

Just need someone to tell you it's actually doable

I bought this book after yet another World Cup where I sat on my couch thinking "maybe next time I'll actually go" - you know how it is.
