Astral projection occurs when you consciously separate your soul or astral body from your physical body. Your consciousness goes with the astral body. The difference between this and an out-of body experience is that astral projection leaves the body with a conscious intent and can last as long as you want it to. He keeps it simple and informative. The use of simple easy to understand words was a nice change. But at the same time didn't make me feel like an idiot. I am definatly looking forward to my first astral travel.

Straight to the point

It seems like the author shortened the information and provided us with the best data available. It goes right to the point. Although I've read and listened to many ebooks on the subject, this fantastic work gave me so many new avenues to reach the goal of making astral projection a reality.

The best lessons are the ones told simply

I am not a stranger to books about spiritual practices, the mystical, and all things unexplained, but this book stood out for its simple message. Craig Beck removed the tinkly new-age frippery and stated simply that we are all connected, we are all on a journey, and some of us are farther along than others. I really connected with what he was saying, because it was not surrounded by pompous, self-aggrandizing claims of special powers or knowledge.

I found the book to be informative, helpful, and made me curious to look into his other publications.
