I will do the second book

It was a good book. Wasn’t as dark as I usually like my books. But it was a cute HEA with a tad bit of dark. It was a little mystery with only a few unpredictable events.

Loved this

Insanely good. Made better with the duel narrators! Levi is beyond hot and Ella does an awesome job of why this series is so addictive!!!

AN ADDICTIVE, CHEMISTRY-FUELLED STORY

This review is for both books and believe me when I say you might as well get book 2 along with this one because you won’t be let down with the well-balanced story. Or the interesting loveable layered characters, the animal attraction, the suspenseful power-play with intrigue and twists, the heat with hunger and the five star awesome narration which brought it and the feels to life. Intense friction and fire sizzled and sparked between the emotionally closed-off Assassin Levi and his prey Abby.. and the addictive pawn/kidnap plot-line builds and builds and fuses to form an unbreakable bond between them as character growth lowers Levi’s once impenetrable walls. There’s also great dynamics between the three brothers Levi, Eli and Remi whose lives and livelihoods had been born from betrayal and bloodshed. This book is told from Abby’s POV in duet-style narration mainly by Stella Hunter who was great.. and book 2 continues their relationship and their plight from Levi’s POV with the very talented Jason Clarke narrating (love you Jason) who always delivers five star drool-worthy perfection. WORTH A CREDIT? A very definite YES for both books.

I loved it

I loved it. It was steamy, exciting, and captivating. It was perfectly written and narrated. I would definitely recommend.

Hit the Mark

Interesting semi dark (wish it was even darker) and sexy story about revenge and justice. Hot Assassin falls for his mark. Love those kinds of stories. My only complaint is I wish it was told dual POV it would have been nice to hear his thoughts throughout the book. The dialogue was really good so that did help.

I really enjoyed the narration of this book. Duet is the best and Jason Clark's voice is always on point Stella Hunter's performance was good too and that is a very good thing since she essentially narrates the book.

Overall it was a nice listen.

Loved the story heard it all in 1 day. I love Jason Clark and really beginning to love Stella Hunters narration as well.

Keeps you on your toes!

This book really keeps you on your toes and guessing to the end at what is coming next, because I definitely did NOT see any of that coming. This was one very wild and sexy ride and I am ready to hear book 2!

I loved Stella's performance in this one. She really was able to convey every emotion and situation that Abby was going through. Jason also did a great job with Levi and the other characters. The Duet style narration was perfect for this book.

Brilliant Dark Suspense Romance!

Assassin’s Mark is a great start to Ella Sheridan’s Assassin’s series, I loved Levi and Abby and am a huge suck for the captive falling for their Kidnapper trope. The story was really enjoyable with a lot of suspense and twists. The dual narration by Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter was very well done. This is the first book I have listened to by Ella Sheridan and I woiuld definitely be willing to listen to more of her future releases!

Holy Moley this audio is HOT, HOT HOT! Know that this is the first in a series and should be listened to in order.

I'll be honest, I'm more of a romcom fan in general, but the opportunity came my way to listen to Assassin's Mark by Ella Sheridan, narrated by Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter, and I had to jump on the chance. Two of my favorite narrators, with a well-respected author of intrigue and grit was a combination that I could not pass up.

From a story perspective, this book had it all. Ella Sheridan gave us high drama, passion, intrigue, danger (but not where you expected it to come from), and a hot alpha hero with a heart of gold that helps his Little Bird sprout wings and fly. It was a roller coaster ride from minute one, and it the pace never let up.

Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter were fantastic narrators. They brought emotion, drama and gravel and grit to their roles and really brought the story to life. Jason brought extra growl to this story, and really delivered on Levi's rough exterior and difficult upbringing. He also brought an amazing, ever-evolving level of sensitivity and concern for Abby. She went from political captive to Levi's heart and soul, and Jason delivered on the shift in sensitivity. Stella showed Abby's developing confidence and flourishing under Levi's care. Really, great nuanced performances all around from these two.

Anything Stella Hunter and Jason Clarke do in a duet I will spend the money on

I love anything with Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter. Their narrations in duet, and then add the mature adult scenes are always incendiary!

This is a great series, lots of alpha male, mystery, suspense and duet narrations with the right narrators, make a book come to life!
