Authors should never narrate their own books
The pace of narration is way too rapid. The book itself is decent, but the author seems to believe she gets paid to narrate at a words per minute rate. Her voice is nice, but she narrates so fast that the nuances of how the book SHOULD be narrated is lost. It’s almost like she’s got something really important to do and narrating the book is the last thing in her way to getting it done.
