Carrie Ryan never disappoints!

This story had me as engrossed as The Forest of Hands and teeth trilogy. The narrator was excellent. she really pulled me into the story and the characters. I loved it. Can't wait for more from this author.

Storyline was great and wonderfully written. Also, beautifully narrated by Karissa Vacker. Definitely will listen to more books by the narrator!

Creepy, excellent story

The general tone of the novel reminds me a bit of the pop-gothic author Lois Duncan, and it’s gorgeously performed by Karissa Vacker. Great for early teen readers!

Totally felt her pain; her heart ripped in time.

I totally felt like I was there with her. I felt her pain.

And her struggle with self, with justice, with revenge, with love, and as her struggle to decide what's right as complexities are added over time and as new people are brought into her life -- all of this she had to sort through, and it was done well.
