A great crash course (or intro) to syndications.

I really like this short book!

I’m glad Vinney has an audio version of it!

I love the spinning plate analogy in the beginning and how he ties it in with the plates we need to spin.

As well as the depth you get into for the sales psychology Vinney shares with us.

And I thought it was interesting that Vinney recapped Dave Lindahl’s “Emerging Market” book.

A great guide to excel in Commercial real estate especially Apartments. The simple explanation of harder topics helped a lot.

Overall great book!

This book is great for people that want to get started in apartment syndication. It started a little slow, but it got to the nuts and bolts quick enough. The supplemental information is worth the cost of this book alone. I would have liked to see more step by step instructions on finding apartments etc......but of course this is sold in his course.

Vinney Chopra is a true titan of the industry! In this book he breaks down the art of syndication in a simple way so anyone can understand. Really enjoyed listening!
