This book is very helpful to create new skills to help overcome anxiety and create new, positive habits. The book gives really practical steps to "calm the chaos", if you will, and stop the spiraling that we sometimes find ourselves in. I especially liked the meditations. Overall, I thought the book was really well written and I really loved the audible format. I definitely recommend this book to others. Such great information and practical tools.
