Where is book 2?!!
What a great listen! Jakobi Diem is fast becoming one of my favorite narrator's. I really wish the entire series was on Audible. I have a long commute to and from work and my Audiobooks books always get me through. I loved Asha and King's story. I like the fact that Asha was vulnerable with King even though she was previously hurt. I really wanted a little bit more at the end. I wanted to find out if Asha's brother ever got back on his feet and if anything developed with Ace and the cop. This book was well worth the credit.

Surprisingly good
This was my first encounter with this author. Overall I have to say this was a good listen. It wasn't hard to become invested in the characters because the narrations were done really well. The plot was decent but there were some holes that left me wanting a little more detail and backstory. I'll most likely listen to the next book(s) in the series. Not a bad choice.

It’s every thing for me.
