This was a really good book!! I love the fact that the story stayed focused on the main characters with just a little bit of veering off. A really good read and it definitely is a story of love amidst ruins.

Great Story

Really liked the roller coaster ride I found my on from beginning to end of this book. Also liked the love and intrigue displayed. Would make a great movie! Narration was good; perfect voices for each. Highly recommend!

I want to learn how to play poker!! 😂 This book grabbed my attention from the start and did not relinquish it. Asha was so intriguing, I love a bold and confident women. She is a fixer and handles business. King was just as commanding. Not a typical courtship but intense passion and high stakes drama!!!

I enjoyed the dynamics of Red and King.. I love that he wanted to take care of her. He finally won her over.

I love all of the challenges that took place and it made me want more! I wanted a wedding but who knows, maybe it will come in another book! I love it!

Jakobi is a awesome narrator. His voice is captivating...... I find myself looking for audio books with him as the narrator.

All I can say is "Wow"!

These two narrators are amazing! They made an already great book even better. I wasn't sure about the story line but quickly squashed that in the first chapter.
