Great book

The book was really captivating, well researched, with a great performance. A lot interesting new information and well organized. Even though it did not have many reviews and the author is not a very well known scientist, this book is really great, so don’t let yourself influenced but that.

Lacking depth

There were plenty of factoids about a wide range of animal species, but much of the content was surface level observations I'd already come across in other works. It would have been more compelling if there was an overarching hypothesis or narrative to tie chapters together
