Healing Myself via Releasing Anger
I'm thrilled with this exercise - wow!
This is a short, guided meditation to safely release anger & resentments towards 5 people, privately, without their knowledge and without their participation.
As an adult child of multi-generation dysfunctional families; I'm always open to new ideas & actions for self-healing. This exercise complements all the work I've been doing for the last 23 yrs in theraputic settings and on my own. I found it very healing to release all those nasty feelings I've been carrying in my heart; for my own health and well-being.
And what a bargain! A guided exercise, by a loving soul with a loving voice, encouraging the listener to take charge of their healing, their life, and their inner peace... And I can do this wonderful exercise as often as I desire for one low price!
I am very grateful to Louise L. Hay for her work & for creating this program; I found it after reading her lovely painted book "How to Heal Youself." Kudos to Amazon & Audible for making it so easy to preview & buy this item and others. with gratitude, love & peace.

Emotionally draining
I found this meditation to be emotionally draining, but in a good way. By the end of the recording, I was tired but the anger had diminished. I was amazed -- I yell and scream at these people in my head on a daily basis, yet after doing just that in this meditation, I felt like hugging these people instead.

Disappointed
I've done many guided meditations and I was very disappointed by this one. I blinked and missed the beginning part. The pace was to fast. I hadn't even relaxed or taken ten deep breaths and Louise was already into the confronting the anger. They skipped the best part, the gradual relaxing to put you in a deeper state. I was surprised and I'm not sure why your asked to work with five people your angry at? For me it took away from the exercise having to deal with so many and trying to come up with five.

Louise is great. As a light worker I also see and feel how this also functions excellently amongst energy practices to clear toxic energy we carry/absorb and then refill it back with white light. Loved the part about a guide too - highly recco!

Self help: anger release exercise
Anger releasing exercise to do out loud or in a journal in the privacy of your home alone tell that person off that wrong you and then forgive that person. Then let go of the past hurt and move on.
