I like the romance of the storyline I like the word pictures you could see the action taking place good imagery

narrator not my cup of tea

I like this author but I need a narrator who sounds,as if she is speaking to me, recouting, not reading aloud.

Whose daughter I

Angel of Skye is an excellent historical tomanggwith a lot of actual fact and legend. I enjoyed Fiona as a strong Scottish Lass. She showed a few signs of uncertainty and self doubt, but none of the stupidity I've come across frequently in similar novels. ... more so in those set in the Regency era. Alec was the perfect Laird with scruples and values he gained with maturity. The tale was well developed with surprises, twists and turns.
Ruth Urquhart does an excellent Scottish brogue (male and female). Well done.

Well worth the Credit

It was a fast paced book full of intrigue. A lost girl finding her roots with the help of her love. The narrator was good and delivered. Love those Scottish romance books

Sweet romance story with enough of an underlying mystery to solve to make you want to keep listening and keep "turning the page"
