Publisher's Summary

Hygge is not about candles.

You can feel hygge without candles, woolen socks, or a fireplace. It's about something more. It's about mindset.

"By embracing hygge, you can make every moment in life meaningful and learn how to best take care of yourself."

Danes are not happy because they wear loose clothes. There's more to it. You know it. If unscented candles made people happy, nobody today would be depressed. I want to teach you what it's actually about.

"Hygge is the embodiment of that feeling you experience around Christmas time when everything has a sense of a magical glow around it and when everyone you love is around."

I'm sure you have experienced that feeling. It feels wonderful. Love is in the air. Everybody is enjoying their time. Your family is together and united. What if you could maintain that feeling all year round?

"Hygge is applied all throughout the year, and not just during Christmas time."

Danes have been living this lifestyle for centuries. I studied how they live and applied what I've learned. My life has never been better. Now it's your chance to discover the secrets of living hygge.

If you want to experience hygge not just during Christmas time but all year round, buy now to enjoy your hygge lifestyle.

Overly and Painfully Repetitive

I felt like I was listening to a high school book report, where someone desperately needed to reach a word count and had only read the CliffNotes of the actual book. It felt like it was the same five paragraphs, just rewritten over-so-slightly differently.
