Publisher's Summary

Amber de Burgh is a novice of the Sisters of St. Ermengild, in training to take her final vows of becoming a nun. But when the doors to the church slam open one night and a wounded man named Lucifer, whom everyone thinks is the devil enters, her life changes forever.

Lucifer - or Lucas, as he prefers to be called - has a very tarnished past and a future that looks no better. And when he lays his eyes on the abbey's new novice, he knows he can never let her become a nun.

Having been abandoned as a baby on the steps of the church, Lucas will do anything to live a different lifestyle. And before he knows it, he finds himself right in the middle of church corruption. He is sent to Canterbury on a pilgrimage with Amber, but while she intends to pray, that is the furthest thing from his mind.

His mission is to steal the Regale ruby of Canterbury Cathedral at Becket's shrine. Can a pure dove change the morals of a devil, or will he change her morals first?

Fire and Ice

This is book three in the Daggers of the Daughters series. Amber and Lucifer. The cute story is twisted. It’s about confusions, decisions, greed , deceit and happily ever after. My favorite was Mirabel the lady of the night she was hilarious. So far book two is my favorite . Elizabeth Rose is an amazing writer.

Even the Devil can be good

Sometimes what we think we want is nothing like what we really want and that is what happens to Amber. She is certain she should be a Nun, but then she meets the Devil. Lucifer was supposed to become a Member of the Clergy. In typical Elizabeth Rose style nothing happens according to a plan. An easy enjoyable story and well narrated by Brian J Gill.

Amber. (FYI: Not actually stone)

This book proves that there are limitless ways to bring a story to life. The daughters of the dagger have been taking amazingly different paths to their destinies. And each story is told in the sexy tones of the very talented Brian J. Gill.
Medieval romance brought to life by the word master Elizabeth Rose is the perfect compilation of details that make her stories truly enjoyable.

A devilish rake and the Angel.

This was such a wonderful story. A great story line, with well developed characters. Incredibly witty and down right funny banter between Lucas and Amber. The funniest secondary character is Marabel. I truly loved this story and the journey these characters embarked upon. Don't pass this book up. You will love it.

Wonderful!!!

Wonderful story, very original...... I love a good audio book and this one is totally worth the listen.

Misunderstanding and magnetism is a great story line. When dealing with a man named Lucifer can be hard to accept when he continues to live up to the name.

After listening about an hour, The rest of the books had to be bought to listen to all the sister's stories.

Much better

This book was much better than Sapphires book, story line and narration. Light and funny and happy ending, very satisfying. Only problem is Amethyst's story is still not available on Audible and I would like to finish the series.

Amber

I have just finished Amber. Wow what a lovely book. The narration was excellent. Book was regarding a third daughter who wanted to be a nun, and a man, who was given to the church as a new baby. He was named Lucifer, by the priest, who brought him up and really treated him badly. The priest had sent him on a mission but he came back injured and Amber was ordered to care for him. He immediately had feelings for Amber but she was a shy nun who was yet to be a proper nun, and her life was the church. This book was full of dirty deeds, thievery, underhanded tricks, lies and something going on all the time, and the priest was involved in it all. Miss Rose you excelled yourself in this series. It has been wonderful. Now on to Amethyst, the last of the Daughter’s of the Dagger Series.
