Perfect for dealing with stress

Like pretty much everyone else, I deal with everyday stress, mostly work-related. And I have to admit you just get numbed with the time, and it becomes normal, but this book has opened my eyes! There is no joy in being stressed and not knowing how to deal with emotions. The practical advice and examples are really encouraging. I am looking forward to applying what I have learned in this audiobook

Practical advice

Life happiness!

This book has helped me figured out why sometimes and suddenly I feel depressed and anxious, what is the emotions change that occurs that can turn me from a normal human being into a new person full of anxiety, what I like about this listen is that the writer has given solutions to the problems and not only theories along the way, I highly recommend it to everyone who wants his or her happiness to be back and to ditch anxiety from his/her life.

perfect book to deal with the stress of the day

During these present times, we all have the same basic stresses. Some for the first time, many just as we always have had. The uniting factor on earth is somewhat comforting to know it is "normal" to deal with the emotions as we are and this book really does a good job at giving great practical guidance to deal with it! Real solutions for real people- I'm likely to listen to it several times :) enjoy!

Loved this book

Sometimes I get off track with why my life may be going a certain way and this book allowed me to revenge myself. It forced me to look at those around me and realize I have people that are not building me up but instead tearing me down. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to better their life and just not sure where to start.

Helpful

Sometimes it’s hard to know if what you’re feeling is something that other people feel as well. I got this for my daughter because she is pretty emotional and wonders why. She said this book helped her realize that she’s not the only one and that it’s ok to feel whatever she’s feeling.

I mean, yeah, this book resonated with me

I have asked myself the title question 3000 times. And first, it's nice to know I'm not alone in that. Second, I love the way the topic is handled. Gently and specifically. I got a lot out of it, and it was a huge help to me. Great narration too. Recommend!

Happiness is around the corner.

The pursuit of happiness is something we’re all hardwired to search for. Yet, it can be overwhelming and challenging doing so. This has especially been the case coping with both a global pandemic and economic crisis. This audiobook delivers a host of solutions to what emotional upheaval you may be going through right now.
