The war raged across the galaxy. Billions had died, billions more were doomed. Moons, planets, the very stars themselves, faced destruction, cold-blooded, brutal, and worse, random. The Idirans fought for their Faith; the Culture for its moral right to exist. Principles were at stake. There could be no surrender. Within the cosmic conflict, an individual crusade. Good solid Scifi
The adventure continues, If you haven't read the earlier books in the series then do so First.
If you have then as a lover of this series buy this book and sit down, relax, and enjoy.
It is more fast paced adventure and in my opinion is the best of the series so far.
Lauren Holladay does an excellent job of the narration.

Supremely addictive
This book has twists that left me speechless, I couldn’t believe what Jerome was willing to do to try and find Cammarry. And then their AI, she was the best part of the book, you have to listen to discover what happens to everyone. There are some twists.

Awesome Sci Fi Fantasy!
I'm really liking this series called the Colony Ship Conestoga. The characters are really being developed well. My favorites are book three and this one, book four. Sandie the A.I. is starting to experience human emotions. Everyone seems lost and are all trying to unselfishly rescue each other. The end was the best. Lauren Holladay is by far the best narrator in the series. I hope I hear more of her delicious narration in future Thornton books.
Highly recommended!
