A special poignant look into 41's private life

With his recent passing, I felt comforted hearing his voice and learning more about this amazing patriot and patriarch of the Bush Family. I laughed and cried, sometimes at the same time. Put aside your political affiliation and learn many valuable life lessons from this former POTUS that did not receive the respect he deserved until far too late. I wish I had received this earlier, so I could have written him a note saying I admired him as a President, Navy hero, and parent. He certainly gave all his best during his service to the country for all of the various ways he served our country. Godspeed Mr. President.

Nice Guy

Nice way to tell a nice story about a nice guy. President Bush may be one of the most underrated presidents and best one term presidents of all time, but his qualifications for his political beginnings and 43s seem questionable.

Fascinating history of the presidency and Cold War

The details and topics are incredible and I feel as if I understand so much since WWII to the Clinton years. I understand fully in hindsight the history years that I grew up in. Genuine, poetic , and insight into a family of politicians who have integrity, a great moral compass, and sadly a time when we could be proud of so many traditions connected with the presidency, what an amazing family for all of us to be proud of!
