An excellent Introduction to hosting on AirBnB
This book presents a lot of the tips that I have personally picked up after several years as an AirBnB Superhost and Guest. It will be the most helpful for folks just starting out on the platform as a host or as confirmation that you are still doing the right things. The only thing that was obviously missing was how to avoid potentially bad reviews by proactively responding to issues (or partial refunds when features/functions are unexpectedly not available).
