Rename your title - nothing to do with AirBNB?
This book was misleading and outdated even on the topic it covers, selling properties and being a realtor. It just interchanged realtor with Airbnb throughout and made no sense. Zero value... Do not waste your money.

Misleading - do not waste your time
90% of book is teaches how to be a realtor. Not looking to buying and selling houses, I don't care about marketing my real estate business, i don't want to know about MLS, about negotiating purchases or sales!

Good book, but........
The book is not quite simple enough for a beginner to understand.
Even as someone who is knowledgeable in property I struggled to keep up with the terminologies used to illustrate points. The book is mainly written for those in the US.. 🇺🇸. The principles are mostly transferable but it’ll be hard for most people to decipher that based on how it is written.
