Assistance Needed!

The sequel to “The Ravenmaster’s Revenge” focuses mainly on Agravain, King Arthur’s beloved knight who left the knighthood in a quest to hunt down the Dread Knight and protect the people of London. Arthur is finally settling into his new life when an unexpected guest shows up at his door. Nimue the powerful lady of the lake needs his assistance… as with the first book this story moves smoothly back and forth between the past and present with the excellent narration again provided by Nigel Peever. Hope there is another book on the way.

A fantastic sequel to Ravenmaster. This book mainly focused on the life of Agravain, how hard it would be watch everyone around you grow old and die and you stay young. Seeing a different side Nimue emerge was nice. Can’t wait for the next book on Arthur and his knights. Nigel’s narration was another fantastic and powerful reading.

A second amazing story!

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

This author just doesn't seem to fail to bring a great story. The narrator once again hit it out of the park and I listened to this in one go. The characters are consistent from the first book to the second in their personalities and mannerisms.

The world building is just as amazing as the first one. Well done all the way around!

A Knight of Revenge

I received a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.
A unique and interesting tale of immortal heroes as they pass through time. Agrivain, one of King Arthur's Knights, is compelled to leave the brotherhood, The dual passages through time is masterfully revealed in flashback scenes. The narrator was exceptional. Without getting too much further into detail, I think this story is best read without foreknowledge of the outcome, as I di.d. Imaginative and horrific incidents through time have full impact in this tale. The second book in this series ended with the sense that there has to be a book three as some issues are left unresolved.

Awesome!!!

I have loved every minute of this story! I found it near impossible to pause it to get my commitments completed. My only complaint is the ending. I didn't find out the resolution to Arthur's love. I sure hope it is in the next book!!

Another into the life of knights

This one is mostly about King author’s knight. Not quite as interesting as the first, but a good book. What made this book so special is the narrator. He does this so well, it really expedites the story.

That ending!

It’s hard to say how much I loved this book without spoilers. I listened to book one and loved it, so I had to listen to book 2. I adored it! Seriously. The ending will break your heart in the best possible way!
