Awful
This book was a total waste of time, I stopped half way through. I still don't know what message, answer, or opinion the author is trying to give or who the target audience is. It basically points out various problems individuals and groups face - generally very basic and simplistic examples - and then...just kinda moves on. To say this book is for leadership and business purposes when you cite examples of difficulty prioritizing packing a duffle bag or knowing you aren't always going to get the time or resources you need...is ridiculous. This material is probably more applicable to a high school career preparedness class.

Not directly Agile, nonetheless a good book.
I wouldn't say this is book is directly about agile decisions, but you can see the relationship. nonetheless this is a very good book giving insight and showing you how you can manage the decision making process.
