so good

I was ecstatic to see this duet being brought to audio. I loved reading it, and it is a common reread for me! The narrator did a fantastic job, and really did these characters justice. I honestly forgot just how much I disliked Wes in this book, and the ending is still heartbreaking. I cannot wait for book 2 to come out!

Love a good bully story.

Ahhhhh. I need book 2 now. That cliffhanger is brutal. While I normally don't like reading high-school age stories this one has enough going on to kind of distract that part. That aunt of hers makes me want to go through my kindle. Please check your trigger warnings ⚠️

This is the first book in the Breaking Hearts duet. Although I have read the book and loved it, it was so much better to hear it. I loved being able to hear the emotions from the book.
The story is amazing and yet so sad. The FMC is so fragile yet strong. The MMCs are somewhat alphaholish and smexy. I do claim Cyrus as my newest book boyfriend. This book had me captivated. I was fighting tears while listening because the emotions are so much more when being read.
