Publisher's summary

In Aftershock, an experienced counselor and therapist offer hope - and a practical plan - for women who have discovered their husband’s struggle with pornography and other sexual infidelities.

What do you do when your inner world is crumbling in the aftershock of this devastating betrayal? Listen to this book! From the seven steps for self-care and learning how to deal with the emotions that follow this unwelcome news to considering the “why” of his behavior and deciding on a plan of action, this book gives women a process to follow once they find themselves in “aftershock.”

Based on biblical principles and psychologically sound advice, Aftershock is designed to help women heal, grow, and receive restoration for themselves, their husbands, and their marriages.

Listeners are encouraged to journal to aid in the healing process, and at the end of each chapter, they will find a reflection, questions, and a prayer to help them absorb the material.

A real perspective for wives.

This book is jammed packed with so many scripture based points. This book is the only one Ive found that helps women , when the husband does not repent and marriage heads for divorce. It is biblically based and physiologically based. Very accurate on what pornography does to the brain, body, and spirit. Ive recommended it to several women. Every adult therapist and counselor should read this to help their patients!

Very primitive

I was expecting more new information, this was very simple with simple classic examples. Would be good for person who is barely educated in this topic. But i really enjoyed prayers.
