I loved this audible! Very easy listen with very simple yet powerful statements! I believe it works best to say the affirmations aloud and recite them! loved it beginning to end. Lots repeated in different ways, and means to employ plenty every single day. I recommend to anyone struggling with disabilities, poverty, feelings of being stuck forever in a life you hate. Best Informative Affirmation Book
I love this book, because it teaches you the concepts behind the affirmations. So, you learn. Your not just blindly saying affirmations. The book assists you with saying them in a way that works.
