This for LW - don't regret the spin-the-bottle youth - it mostly consisted of being minorly sexually assaulted by pubescent boys. You got to sing at parties with your dad on piano - that's way cooler!
Also - I'm older than you but have ADD, binge eating, extra weight - it's uncomfortable and makes my elder years a lot less fun. Build healthy habits now for joy and longevity - nobody cares very much what your body looks like or weighs - a fan might give it a fleeting thought - but YOU really care. Make it ideal to YOU.
Keep writing them LOLs. I bet you could start touring a comedy act tomorrow and it would sell enough tickets to keep you on the bus.
