Publisher's summary

Morgan Barrett is off-limits. Why? Because she's my best friend's sister and insists that she isn't interested in a relationship. That didn't stop us from sharing one incredibly passionate night together. However, one night was not enough for either of us. I want more. She needs more. When we give in to the desire, something amazing happens. But can we keep the past from destroying the future we both desire?

This story got me .

Parts of this book got me . Morgan and blake meet years ago. Blake has been in love with morgan for awhile . The only problem morgan is Blake’s good friend little sister. The part that got me was when Blake was telling morgan about the day or night his mother was killed . Blake had a abusing father . Blake’s father came in one day after Blake’s mom got a order to keep his father away . Blake’s father was abusing his mother. He got a gun and killed his father. That part had me crying.

Enjoyed the story and Stephen Dexter is great narrator. Will definitely continue to look forward to more from both. Found myself laughing outloud and could hardly put down or pause the story.

Great Ending

First of all, Noelle and Stephen were perfect portraying Blake and Brooke. They were the best out of the series which made Blake and Brooke’s story easier to listen to.

I had a feeling Blake wasn’t the playboy he was portrayed to be in the first two books. This book was a lot funnier because of Brooke’s personality.
Great story.

Fantastic Story

First off- I did not read the books in order as I got this title from an audible sale and jumped in without listening to book 1 and 2 in the series. The author and female narrator were both new to me. There were a few times where a character was introduced into the story but I could tell that they must have been introduced in a prior book, yet this was the 1st time I was hearing about them. I don't feel like I missed anything BIG from prior books, however I will invest credits into the other books in the series. As always, Stephen Dexter was amazing as the male narrator. I don't always love his "female voice" but he more than makes up for it by how well he performs during the smexy scenes. He is one male narrator that seriously sounds as though he is ALL IN during those parts. Noelle Bridges was just as perfect for her role. She was new to me but I will certainly one click titles narrated by here in the future. One thing I absolutely loved about this book is there was very little drama or back and forth between the leads. It was a light and lovely listen, with its fair share of heartache mixed in but a great balance.

I liked it but...

I liked the beginning of the story. However, as the story progressed, I didn't like the H. Spoiler: How can you love Morgan and brought his hook up to the party and the h just took it? The main characters were so wishy washy. The H inner dialogue was so contradictory. One minute he told himself how much he wanted her, the next minute he brought a date. The h was dumb for being a smart woman. If he truly loved Morgan, there shouldn't be another woman. especially, right after they just had sex. The h never stood up for herself. All she expressed was how hurt she was and kept running when he didn't treat her or said the right thing. Yeah, she was such a coward and so was the H. I brought this on sale. I wish I can return it.
