For those truly passionate about this field of expertise, accounting is about much more than numbers. I am disappointed.
I'm a quick study on math-type things (as a former MBA student), and I was hoping for things to be explained so I could understand them and use them. Instead, this is more of a prescriptive approach, I just able to understand the points but if a person nothing knows about forensic will not be able to follow you. Keep it a bit simple. (Its my perception, not necessary you should agree with it.)

Misleading, poorly executed and dull
This book is firstly completly unsuited to the format, but worse has very little content. There are volumes of words about attitudes and beliefs but almost no content about what a forensic accountant might encounter. As someone who does forensic work I had gored to learn some new ideas or techniques or even just get a better understanding of things I know. Anything technical is brushed over for platitudes. In addition the same chapter will have sentences like we've just scratched the surface followed by now you know everything you need. I can't recommend this. It might be passable in print format where you can skip over the pointless information.

Unfortunately Worthless Fluff
I kept listening and listening, hoping for some nugget of value, but this audiobook delivered nothing more than several hours of utterly banal, flagrantly obvious ramblings. Very shallow and extremely disappointing...I have enjoyed and benefitted from another work by the same author, but this one, in my opinion, had no worthwhile content that couldn't also be gained from a buzzfeed-like listicle. Save your money, and get something else. For the author, please focus on providing what somebody would really be looking for who found this title. You really phoned it in with this book, and some of your other work has led me to believe that you can (and obviously should) do much better.

The topic of my life.
For years I have been struggling with this topic. A friend of mine suggested me this book to understand the forensic. The book was written in a manner that was so easy to use and understand in my daily life, that by the time I finished listening to it (and I couldn't put it down-an accounting book?), I felt so much more confident in dealing with my financial people. Good job.

Easy listening for a difficult to read topic
I just discovered this series of books last week. This particular package is the first I have listened to and completed and I am optimistic for the rest. I can highly recommend this one. The subject of audit is not often easy to read about, and undertaking an audit can be quite an excruciatingly stressful endeavour especially when it is not in your daily job description. However, listening to the subject of audit discussed alongside forensic accounting and in extended context makes it more interesting, and the reasons for doing it, the process and the outcome with the attendant benefits become more tangible. Full marks to the author and the narrators.
