Very useful but it should have a PDF

A useful example of a lesson by a master teacher. If it had included a PDF of the practice sentences, I would've given it five stars

No.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

I was disappointed in the quality. Much of it seemed to be recorded out in public - with poor recording equipment.

Any additional comments?

Seems like she was giving some woman that was with her a lesson. She recorded that lesson, and decided to resell that lesson to the public. Essentially you are paying to listen in on someone else's lesson.
