I really wish this audio-book had been available to me years ago, as it would have helped me in college. I'm using his techniques now, and I'm grateful I found this audio-book. Shocking how a quick, easy to understand can be so life-changing.

Overall pretty good. Eventually it's the same heard before. Decide that time you're most productive, prepare, make a plan & stick with it. Worth the short listen as there are a couple of nuggets in there.
