Wheely Wonderfully Done

I really enjoyed this book and the honest look it gives into a relationship that grows through real-life challenges. It was inspiring to see the way the couple supported each other while navigating their own unique struggles, and how their relationship strengthened because of it.
I especially appreciated the way they share examples of what a “day in the life” can look like. I think they will help many couples who may be facing similar challenges in one way or another.
One of the most meaningful takeaways for me was the reminder that everyone carries some form of disability or challenge in their life, even if it shows up differently for each person. The book does a beautiful job of highlighting empathy, growth, patience and the power of working through things together.
Overall, it’s a thoughtful and encouraging read that I would recommend to anyone who values honesty, resilience, and the beauty of growing together in a relationship.

I literally know you and I know how this book ends, but the whole time I was wondering “will they/won’t they?” and screaming “Just confess your love already!!” This is a wonderfully honest memoir, and though I don’t share sensory experiences similarly to Tess, I (and I think all the readers) will share a similar understanding of relationship anxiety that is deeply human. Corby’s wheelnotes and intermittent narration of his side of things was an excellent balance of voice and assurance that this all works out in the end.
