Publisher's Summary

You existed before your human experience, and you will exist after. Drawing from his unique pre-birth memories, Christian Sundberg provides an encouraging framework for understanding the nature of the human experience within the larger spiritual context.

A Walk in the Physical is a non-linear reality model that boils down the very vast into succinct accessible language. More than a set of ideas though, it is a tool meant to point you towards the portion of yourself that already exists right now beyond Earth. At the heart of the book is the theme of love, and it describes why authentic love - even in small matters - is so deeply important to our human journey.

Practical, deeply insightful, clearly written

I will be listening to this many times. Christian is an authentic being and teacher, and anyone looking for genuine and deep spiritual pointers will likely resonate with what he’s put together. This is a comprehensive spiritual text with a lot to be gleaned. He has a great way of explaining things in a fresh, lucid and energetically vibrant way. This audiobook is well worth the purchase and he did a Great job of narration as his voice is very calming. A great book to listen to when you're going through a hard time, if you are ready it will gently take your hand and help replace your fears and doubts with confidence in the light of your own soul. Five stars.

Depth and Power

A preexistence answered? A powerful reason for living answered? Definitely.

I listened to this, then listened to it again, beginning to end. I have been having so much trouble understanding existence why I have to put up with all of this. Sundberg’s book came out when I needed it, at the the exact moment. Thank you, truly, thank you. I plan on listening to this more and more. This will help save me from myself. I know it will.

A Beautifully Share

This work is uniquely organized. Christian Sundberg has written a series of essays (Part 2-Essays) which he refers to by number throughout Part 1-A Reality Model. (I mention this because it might seem strange to listen as he reads the number of each essay referenced). He concludes his work with a series of Q&A that beautifully ties together his essays.
For many years, I have read spirital works by authors such as James Finley, Thomas Merton, Cynthia Bourgeault, Jack Kornfield, and others. A Walk in the Physical, for me, is like a conclusion to all of these other works! Everything makes even more sense now!
Listening to Christian read his own work is a beautiful gift. We are all so blessed by his generosity.

Outstanding!

I'm grateful that Christian shared his experience. He did a wonderful job of explaining concepts that surpass our human language and understanding. This helped me connect the dots, so to speak. I will get more out of my walk in the physical for having listened to these words. 10/10 recommend! ❤️

Reading footnotes out loud

Good story, full of wisdom, but very annoying to listen to because after every second sentence he reads out loud some random numbers. Maybe footnotes or something, definitely destroys the audiobook experience for me

Excellent narration!

Christian has done a fine job of narration. Listening to his voice while reading along with the book brings the written word alive and helps me to gain a deeper understanding of the material. Christian's experience is exceptional and his words of wisdom will serve the listener as more and more begin to wake and remember.
