Funny & Talented Group - A Great Listen

I love musical improv and really enjoyed this. The group has a bunch of interesting personalities and I thought they had an infectious energy. Would be interested in hearing more from them.

A Very Fun Listen

Where does A Very Improvised Holiday Musical (Extended Edition) rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I haven't heard many live comedy audiobooks so it certainly stands out on in my collection.

What other book might you compare A Very Improvised Holiday Musical (Extended Edition) to and why?

It reminded me more of when I watched Whose Line Is It Anyway on TV, except they also created a musical from the audience's suggestions. Very clever!

What about the narrators’s performance did you like?

The ensemble together with Laura Benanti were very energetic.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

After a very funny show, the message of connecting with others in real life was very moving - especially around the holidays.

Any additional comments?

I'd recommend it to all for something completely different and fun! My husband and I laughed many times together, especially at the "Little Denmark" bits and emoji scene.

I LOVE VERN!!!!

This group has some of the most talented musical theater comedians I’ve had the pleasure of seeing perform. I thought their holiday show was fantastic and I’m really hoping they make more specials like this in the future!

Hilarious!

This was fantastic! Vern's extremely witty and original show had me cackling with joy on the train, which I'm sure made me look odd to the other passengers, but I didn't mind because I was too busy enjoying the silly characters and wonderful musical numbers. Looking forward to Vern's next special!
