very much a good book.

I loved it. good writing. and I'm very picky about the reader but he's good

Way better than first

I really liked the first book, but this one had a lot of more, it does deal with domestic violence, but it doesn’t take away from the love story. I’m really annoyed with the male narrators voice for Brant, why is Brant suddenly have a Tennessee accent? It’s super annoying. I’m so sad the rest of these books aren’t on audio and hope Charlene puts them on audio soon.

Have to listen to them all

I love how they all intertwine with each other. You get just a glimpse of the next book will hold.

This was far better than the 1st book in this series

This is turning out to be a decent series. The 1st book was lacking action and a decent villain.. the 2nd book has made up for that and I'm looking forward to reading the entire series

The narration added such life the the story! Looking for more books narrates by Lance and Amber!

Weak female character

The female character in this one is so weak that it make me not like her at all. If only the author would have given her some backbone. She is too submissive and won't defend herself. Instead she waits for Gideon to defend her. It's pathetic!

Amazing Second Book In Series

I just loved this second book in this series - in fact, I liked it more than the first! The way the first and second book intertwine is expertly written. You have no idea when you are reading the first book that the second book is going to compliment it so well. The sex scenes were phenomenal and the narrators were on point ! Read this book!

A Love to Remember

Love the different cultures and ethics used in the story between vampires and humans. Define orders to protect a love of a human, and friends helping and covering for a friend. Look forward to the next story of this series. I really love 2 people reading the story, a woman used for the female character and a man for the male character.
