Love the book but the reader was miscast

The book is fascinating. FASCINATING. It’s on par with anything from Jeff Pearlman. It’s clear Weitzman did a ton of research and presented a clear fact checked account of what went on during LeBron’s time in LA.

BUT

The performance was lackluster. David was just monotone the whole time. I suppose it’s in the style of other sports books. But I didn’t like it.

David’s most egregious fault is that he mispronounced half of the names! Like, dang dude, at least take the couple seconds to find out how to pronounce these names.

I’ll give him credit thought, he somehow nailed Giannis Antetokounmpo.
