Great Read

A Hardboiled Murder (Aggie Underhill Mysteries #4) was a great read by Michelle Ann Hollstein. A film star's body crashes on the roof of a moving tramcar, a mystery author is discovered bobbing in a hot tub, a home is ransacked, and two grandmothers are battling. Aggie is sure to stick her nose in everyones business and may just be in over her head. I enjoyed reading this book and can't wait to read more by the author.

Another great story

this is one of my favorite series. This book had me laughing all the way through. Aggie seems to always fine herself in the middle of murder case. I recommend this book and the series if you love to laugh. I was gifted this book in exchange for an honest review.

The narrator did good job with the characters.

Comical whodunit!

I love all things Aggie! I have to laugh because in daily life..I can totally relate! Never being ready for a photograph and always being the ONLY one that looks ridiculous!! Ha! Betty was outrageous in this story.. I nearly died with her self medicating and being a bit drunk! They all just invite themselves to anything that's mentioned..I think Ms.Green should run for her life...no way can she survive this group! Now Tom, who is Aggie's NOT boyfriend, is really kind of a cool guy...thank God he's a cop. Seriously we all know someone like each and every character...Everett is a tad annoying and I feel like Sarah needs to kick him to the curb.. These characters are like family to me now!
The narration is easy to understand...but very blah. He has no emotion in his voice at all

A Hardboiled Murder

I liked this book.A cheating man may have killed his girlfriend, but who killed his wife?Lots of bodies and mysteries.I used to like Aggie much more when there were English accents and I could tell who was whom.Michael Carr was an ok narrator. It would have helped if he differentiated characters. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.'

not my thing

Worth every penny I paid for it. If you want rich old ladies, you'll love it.
The narrator is a true martyr.

meh,

wasn't as good as I had hoped. most cozy Mysteries I've read were more entertaining and enjoyable. But, I am willing to try again with this author and see if it was just this book.
