i enjoyed it and like many other similar books I found it reassuring and unifying... just a little to many conveniently placed plugs about various her businesses, blogs, apps and paid programs... but good read.

Well told story...Excellent listen!

I literally devoured this book. The story is very well told and definitely causes the reader to consider their own story. I am so glad I purchased the Audible version of the book because it was a delight to listen to the author narrate; her voice (absolutely love her accent) is so soothing and genuine. A Happier Hour was even more meaningful after reading the author's second book, Up All Day.

Wonderful narration that shows the author's passion through her enthusiastic reading! A must read if you are considering sobriety for health or addiction. I love drinking, but I may need to dig deeper into why it's so important to me and this book made me think about that more than ever. Also inspiring for entrepreneurs and health coaches even if alcohol is not the main subject!
