For anyone battling the lose/gain/lose/gain weight battle this book will speak to you intimately. As a doctor who works with children I encourage parents to think about many of these tenets as they address their children's weight problems.

I am relieved that I got this audiobook!

I am so relieved and calm after practicing following this audio book. I rediscovered my appetite and when it's satiated. I no longer eat when I'm bored or nervous about something. I no longer have an excuse for eating when I'm not hungry.
