It’s not enough to have a great reel and be nice to deal with, if the value of the product you are selling or the service you are delivering is not clearly explained to the client. You have to be able to present the prices of your service offerings in a professional manner and overcome clients’ objections ahead of time. The issue of presenting your prices has raised a healthy argument. Some reason that it is preferable to breakdown prices in quotes and present to clients, while some others believe it is as better to present a single "all in" price to clients.
Whichever school of thought you currently subscribe to, this short book is aimed at broadening your perspective on how quotes are done and some of the psychology behind pricing. Ultimately, the goal is to get the client over the line and make you a healthy 20-30 percent margin on top. Without that, you are just a glorified freelancer.
