What an interesting adventure!
Another great Chet and Bernie adventure with so many twists and turns. I loved the surprises and each character. Well done! I even learned a few things. I loved the reference to Mrs. Plansky. I’ve read through the series at least three times. I’m sure I will visit this one again soon.

Another great Chet & Bernie mystery!
Regardless of his tough exterior, Bernie has a very generous nature & a big heart. When his longtime neighbor, Mr. Parsons gets scammed, Bernie steps in to help. With his devoted dog Chet by his side Bernie is determined to get to the bottom of who is responsible for cleaning out the Parsons’ bank account. There is more involved in this swindle than originally meets the eye resulting in Bernie being accused of murder & his fiancé stepping away from their relationship. A good listen!
