What's outstanding about this is that every day has a clip of an Osho speech that applies directly to the meditation. The outline is an introduction that explains what the topic is and then the author lets Osho speak about that topic then it ends with an exercise that perfectly applies to the topic. This book is meant to be hands-on: you hear the introduction and then a clip from the Osho talk which typically takes ten to fifteen minutes and then ends with a meditation that addresses issues that have arisen in your life. This was a decent read and quite easy to get through given the 21 day setup. It really is intended to be listened to a little bit at a time. Sometimes I would do three days at once but it was a pleasure to work my way through this talk.
