Marvelous mystery

I love everything Janet Evanovich has written. Great character development. A lot of fun. Couldn’t wait for the ending.

The boys are back... may contain some spoilers

It’s been a while since the last installment so when this one picks up it did feel a bit slightly disconnected but the author writes enough snippets on each character’s background to remind the reader who they are... and then the connections I’ve had with the characters did come back.
The storyline is entertaining as I do love to bake and I love how Kathleen has finally informed her beau, Marcus about Owen and Hercules of their magical abilities... wish there are more about the cats though. They(cats) did gathered enough things to clue in Kathleen and even saved her life (she made a flour bomb to distract her killer). The book did feel short or I just don’t want their story to end!
Ms Sofie Kelly keeps writing I’ll keep reading. (Also am a fan of the Second hand chance series!!)
Fun/entertaining story
Narrator is fantastic(at beginning she sounds nasal? Did she have a cold?)
Ending is bit rushed wish there are more to it.

Cozy Mystery

This series is so cute. It’s a lot of fun. Easy to listen to, great characters. I really enjoy the story and the narrator just brings it all to life.
