Times of change can be a challenge, no doubt! Whether it's a relationship breakup, job loss, or being diagnosed with a serious health issue. Or you may want things to be different, but it feels a little scary or overwhelming. The butterfly reminds us change can be beautiful, even necessary, in order to realize our full potential and live our best life.
In A Butterfly Life, Kristi Bowman brings together artful storytelling and practical tools to help listeners achieve whole-body wellness and enjoy more happiness in love, work and daily life.
Part personal story, the author shares about her own relationship struggles (and success!), a difficult but necessary career change, and helping a family member in distress. At times humorous, at times heart-breaking, and always with deep insight, Bowman’s account offers a powerful example of releasing fear and embracing change, and the benefits of putting the four keys in action. Part guidebook, Bowman has gathered teachings from yoga, Native American spiritual traditions, and leading-edge practices in the field of health and wellness.

Interesting perspective about a woman's Journey during a particular span in her life . She was dealing with the corporate world Navigating her way through a job with the typical male boss, she, wanting to be heard and treated fairly. Looking for resolution and learning how to empower herself and others on her journey. I especially like the ending where she gives Self Help information on communication and relationships. I enjoyed it.
