Very honest, interesting & inspiring

I didn’t expect anything from this book really, just bought it cause I love her personality a lot. And I had a big surprise! It’s such an easy and a beautiful read! This book is a very honest story of a woman and her struggles along the way. It resonated with me on so many levels! I know, some will say “it’s all been said before”, but I also think that a lot depends on HOW it’s said and if the story resonates with you, so it makes you feel #MeToo . Gisele definitely touched my heart. And it was really hard to put it down.

Found Peace

from the beginning of the book I felt relaxed because the tone is mellow. I also, felt that the story was genuine. I recommend for whoever is in search for some inspiration.

Each chapter deals with a different phase of Gisele’s attempts at improving her life: from nutrition to daily organization and over all happiness! I found the book easy to listen to and very inspiring!!

A sincere and generous memoir with a purpose

I'm in awe of this book, which wasn't at all what I expected but everything I needed! I'm in awe of Gisele, who seems to have turned an oftentimes cruel and destructive society on its head to find her own power, peace, and inspire others to act in ways that improve our world. There is something about the openness, kindness, and mindfulness of Gisele's writing that welcomes you in - befriends you even. Many beautiful take aways for a lifetime of pondering, growth and change. I have two criticisms, and I'm only voicing them in the hope of more books from Gisele and Audible: 1. after hearing the intro in Gisele's voice, I found ther rest of the book wanting her unique accent and cadence. 2. a good editor was needed to cut repetition.

Overall a useful and important book that I found inspiring and full of light!

Phenomenal book by an Extraordinary Lady!

This book will blow you away, and all of your preconceived thoughts and opinions about this woman. Truly a must read in this time in history when we are on the brink of collapse as kind and loving human beings. Highly recommend!!

A wonderful book

A great book that I found to be developmental and maturative for a young man coming of age such as myself. I found this book to be relatable and generally highly intelligent! I further highly recommend this book.

The best lessons

I always liked Gisele because despite being a model she cared about the environment but didn’t know much about her except her very public life. The book is so beautifully written and so easy to understand. It has helped me so much in my life that after getting a book, I also got an audiobook so I could keep listening to it. I’m so glad I found this book and I recommend it to all my friends too.
