An interesting take on how to use just seven types of investments to build long-term wealth in one’s investment portfolio. I found that Chapter 4 about exchange traded funds offered some good advice. It gave me a host of insights as to which exchange traded funds to focus on. For anyone who has a long investment time horizon, the strategies being presented offer a solid, simple approach to building sustainable wealth. Highly recommended for investors just getting started in the wonderful world of stock investing.

This is an awesome book which the author Dan has ensured that to help the young adult generation in putting together the foundation by the seven investment tools to promote financial growth.Dan makes sure he covers different aspects of investment like real estate, ETFs , treasury bonds etc.It is really unfortunate that this is not taught in our regular schools.

Where was this book when I was in my 20’s?

This book would have saved me so much heart ache trying to achieve wealth and success without having a wealthy successful mindset much less financial literacy. “An education will give you a career path, financial literacy will give you freedom” I love that. There is so much a person in their 20’s can do to set yourself up for a lifetime of success and less worry and this book teaches you exactly how to get started. The narrator does an excellent job speaking clearly and keeps you engaged. Highly recommend. You will not find this education in our public school system.

Interesting

It was very interesting to listen to the audiobook. The book contains a great way to invest. It talks about estate business, stock market and many more. It is very informative. The narrator did a great job too. It was easy to follow. I highly recommend it!

Title Says It All

There was so, so much that I learned in here! For example, there are strict criteria that companies need to meet before they are even considered in the stock S&P 500 (If you don't know what this means, neither did I; just one of many, Many gems you will glean from this listen).

I learned that with any endeavor that I was thinking of pursuing, it is vital to conduct thorough research before committing to certain things like ETF's, as there are many types of them. I highly recommend for young adults to listen to, or for people even beyond that. Really awesome information laid out in a clear, concise manner.

Wish I was still in my 20's, but now for...

Different reasons. I knew nothing about investing in my 20's. Of course we didn't have Google and the internet back then. But better late than never. Going to put these tips in motion for 2023.

I was about to make an online order for items I wanted but didn’t need, right before I started listening to this and I changed my mind after I heard the intro lol this book is a great reminder that you need to sacrifice now for your goals or your goals will be sacrificed. I wish I had this helpful guide in my 20’s. It’s never too late to start investing though! Financial freedom is made possible if you utilize the tools offered in this book. Well written!

Easy to understand

I’m familiar with the stock market but this audiobook broke down basics that either I needed refreshing or did not know. Also real estate investment which I’m not familiar with. Even listed several was to develop mental toughness to have mental toughness. A must have for your future

I have read a couple of books on investing, and I never took any action after reading it; they just didn't convince me enough. After reading this book, I had a clear thought in my mind that I will take action. And I did. I love chapters about s&p500, NASDAQ, ETF-s. Exceeded My Expectations

My expectations were considerably surpassed by this audiobook. I've always believed that the K–12 educational system never adequately prepared pupils for accumulating money over the long term. The author outlines a step-by-step procedure for anybody to follow in order to develop long-term wealth through the stock market. I've always wanted to be financially successful, and now that I've read this book, I know precisely how to get there. The high-quality investing advice presented in this book makes the lifestyle I have always desired seem more attainable. If I could, I'd give it a higher rating.

Awesome investing book

Only one word to describe this book,,, WOW. I wish I had those information when I was in my 20s. The author managed to fill up the book with advice and information and make it readable for young adults. My kids are too young right now, but it is definitely a book that I will want them to read. It helps with the mindset and doesn't ''sugarcoat'' the reality of investing. With the prices of everything going up, the next generation will need to have many tools to gather more money for their future and retirement. Great book, definitely keeping this one close, and I highly recommend it.

This book is a fantastic resource for anyone starting out in building their portfolio but it is also amazing for more experienced investors as well. It is jam-packed with gold nuggets and strategies that will literally get you excited about your future earnings! I wish I had a book like this to read when I was in my 20s. I found myself listening and rewinding to listen again because I was learning things that will still help me today as I consider my finances. Basic Money Habits

This audiobook comes with a pdf file available in the library after you purchase the book. Buying the audiobook is a 2-for-1 buying experience. The author shares his expertise in saving and investing. In California, high school students take personal finance as a third-year graduation requirement. It was clear that whoever had money in old age didn't work for it at old age. The author believes that people certainly worked for it in their youth. Investing is different than savings. You either work for the money, or the money can work for you. This book delivers what it promises.

Great book!

Saw some good reviews and I'm in my 20s so I thought "why not?". Really glad I picked this up. I've been struggling to figure out how to set myself up financially since no one in my family ever taught me, and we all know how high school can be with teaching you things like this.

Now that I've started reading, I can get started on investing for the first time in my life. This book gave me a great understanding of where to start and what to do. I've set up a few things for mutual funds so far and I am so excited to do more!

What I love most about this book is the idea of setting yourself up with a long-term mindset. Honestly, it's hard to do because it's easy to forget that eventually, the future will be my present. I think the way the author explained everything though was easy to follow and made a lot of sense. I will keep reading this over and over to reinforce as the days and years go on :)
