I don't like to be disrespectful towards narrators, but this performance is clearly not acceptable. The narrator has a very specific pronunciation, especially with vowels, which sometimes makes words hard to understand and distinguish, such as 'nut' and 'not.' Additionally, the intonation and unexpected pauses make the speech very unclear. Overall, this is an improper manner of narration for a language learning audiobook. And as the item has been purchased with my credit card, not an Audible credit, it's not eligible for return, so be careful.

The narrator leaves much to be desired
