  • Today I am interviewing Jeff Harry who is a Positive psychology play coach, who has been featured In NY Times, Mashable, Upworthy, and also an international speaker.

    We explored how you can use play to create a great place to work, using play to help with those difficult conversations, dealing with toxic environments and making workplaces psychological safe. Jeff shares really valuable insights in how to focus on what makes employees happy in the workplace, looking to dial up areas of their work where they are in the 'flow', using Google as an example of the 20% program, where they allowed employees to use Friday to focus on what they loved at work - this created an abundance of innovations that came out like Google meet and Adsense.
