Cute and short

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this 25 reasons but it was definitely cute. The narration was really good and story ended really well.

I love Sofia and Aaron together!!!

Oh my goodness....what an adorable little Christmas/Holiday story. Whether you like to consume your holiday reading via ebook, paperback, or audiobook....I definitely recommend this one.

Aaron Shedlock and Sofia Lette are so adorable as Johnny and Isabelle. Sofia has such a beautiful voice and throw in that Australian accent and she is a perfect Isabelle. Aaron Shedlock has that relaxed tone to his voice and he is a great match with Sofia.

Isabelle is in the US for her job during the Christmas season and she despises it because she is not a fan of Christmas. She has a list of every reason why she doesn't like it and when she meets Johnny West he becomes intent on righting all the Christmas wrongs she has experienced. The whirlwind romance that forms was so fun.

Fun, sweet Christmas romance

This is a wonderful, heartwarming Christmas romance for two people finding themselves in love when they weren’t looking.

Isabelle is in Wyoming on a work visa and is returning to home to Sydney, Australia on December 26 and is not planning on meeting anyone while in Wyoming, because she’s too cold to think about going anywhere in the Wyoming winter, but she wasn’t expecting on Johnny to be too cute, sweet and irresistible.

Johnny West is all cowboy and competes in the rodeo circuit and he has fallen head over heels in love with the sassy, Christmas hating Scrooge, Isabelle and he’s made it his mission to get her to fall in love with Christmas 🎄 💕

Mehhhh it was ok…

This definitely wasn't my favorite book, and considering how short it was, I expected to finish it in a day or so, but it took me days. I just wasn’t excited to read it or listen to the audiobook. I don’t know why, but the story didn’t connect for me. The audiobook narrators did a good job; I just didn’t love the overall story. It was a bit too cutesy, insta-love for me. And there wasn’t much humor, either. The blurb made me think there would be more comedic moments, but there really wasn’t much going on within the story.

Favorite of the cowboys series!!

I think this is my favorite of the OG cowboy books, I had listened to the first 3 and knew of Johnny and Isabel and was so intrigued and excited to see their story. They are such a staple in the other romances and so solid, you want to know how they started and got to have their own HEA.

I was not disappointed at all with their adorable meet-cute and how Johnny won her over haha. I normally am not a fan of insta-love but these two were so special, I loved every minute of their love story. Their dates, how Johnny was coming up with all these ideas to help her change her mind about Christmas. I loved all the adorable moments and the steam was fantastic! Even though this is a shorter story but one of my all-time favorite authors, it packs a punch and doesnt skimp on the details.

I loved all the side characters too, especially Johnny's mom and Toto 2.0 hahaha. I haven't listened to the 2nd gen for awhile so I am going to be re-listening to them after Christmas and try and connect all the dots (since I listened to the 2nd gen first accidentally haha). I need a map to explain all the characters and connections, not gonna lie. But this author does an incredible job weaving in this shared universe and all the intricacies that involves.

Narration was stellar, I love these two and thought their performances were spot on. Easily 5/5 for me for the rating. I felt their butterflies, their laughter, the impending doom with the heartache, the moments at the airport and then subsequent laughter with Johnny's mom. I loved the ending, showing how much Isabel loved and trusted Johnny, it was a perfect way to end things. I am gonna go check for the bonus scenes, if any, for this 1st gen because there was a hint in either Book #2 or book #3 about what happens for Johnny and Isabel moving forward <3
