Light hearted murder mystery

As someone who doesn’t like intense murder mysteries, this was perfect for me. It’s such a cozy book and I didn’t want it to end. I’ve listened to all four books in this series and hope there will be another one to come!

Another great installment in this series

I love the haunted library series and I love Carrie and Dylan. This story in particular combines a past murder, and a couple of present-day murders. The true murderer was not easy to figure out and there were plenty of twists and turns. Fabulous.

I enjoyed and have enjoyed this series

Sometimes you just need to step out of your normal reading to enjoy a nice book that you can listen to and enjoy for me as I am driving or listening with my patient. My patient loved this book and when I have to leave she asks me to leave my phone so she can finish it. She has loved this series

Book 4

I think this was my least favorite in the series- however I did appreciate the lgbt characters. I didn’t like how our main character went from a strong woman to someone who needs a guy with her.

Will still continue to read if new books come out as I’m invested at this point

AND THIS BOOK DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I DO ENJOY HAVING ELLEN PARTICIPATE A BIT MORE, BUT I LOVE A GHOSTLY LIBRARIAN SLEUTH. NOW THE TOUGH PART BEGINS - THE WAIT FOR THE NEXT BOOK.

Four stars!

It has been awhile between reading the previous book in this series, and this story. I am pleased to note that I quickly remembered all the usual cast of characters. As they walked across the pages of this book.

If you love libraries, books and cozy mysteries, you are sure to enjoy this story. As always, the narration was top notch. The twist in this story was unexpected, but worked well with the plot.

The plot/mystery was well thought out. However, the dialogue, especially from Carrie, definitely seems like it was written by someone much older than trying to figure out what young people would say. Super cringy in parts.
