Essential!

I still remember the time when i was in my teens and my friend's parents used to struggle to have an open ended conversation with their children. It gets really challenging to maintain a healthy bond with teen children and communication easily with them. I am amazed at the strategies author has shared for the parents to practice in order to start a conversation with their children. The audio book has great exercises, ideas and scenarios to work on. Really appreciate author's concern!

Tools for Parenting Teenagers!

I was very close to my son until he became a TEENAGER! Since then, it has been a headache; I could never say the right things. I stumbled upon this book and thought to give it a try. This audiobook has been enlightening. Sure, I knew some things already, but I’ve also learned new techniques to approach my son as he changes.

We are still not how we were, but I’m seeing significant progress after following the guide of this book. I will keep at it to see if our relationship can be fully restored.

I never thought I'd be one of those parents that struggles to maintain open communication with their kids but here I am. This book was so unique and helpful as it gave me launching points to get some kind of talking started so I could then practice just listening to my kids and really hearing them.

Excellent Book

Today's teens may find it challenging to comprehend or cope with all that is happening because life is much more complicated, and their bodies and minds are developing swiftly.

Additionally, they could find it challenging to discuss some of the problems they encounter, such as bullying, peer pressure, physical changes, low self-esteem, and a host of other issues.
