It's the summer of 1932 in New York City, and word on the street is that Joey Drew Studios is planning something big: a new cartoon character to star alongside the world-famous Bendy!

The new addition, Alice Angel, has the halo and sweet disposition to match her name, but the twisted tale of her creation can't be told from just one perspective. From the animators to the voice actresses to the guy who sweeps the floors, everyone has something to say about birth of the little angel who almost brought the most powerful cartoon studio in the big city to its doom.

The narrator sounds like he could be in the actual game. He has the same “old western” type of voice that Wally has. Anyway, it’s very good. 10/10 would love the narrator again.

It’s atmospheric as hell!

It was okay, but pretty boring. There was almost no one that I remember from the main bendy story and almost nothing about the main story itself. And hardly any ink demon. Good performance but very bad story. So three stars overall.

Could have been better

i liked the characters but it didn't really have much to do with the games characters

the occasional cameos of the characters and machine

This story starts off slow and I was weary of that but thats only because it has 3 main characters whom which narratives meet together. A few other characters get some time as well. The last half of this book was well worth the slow world building and the mystery is built up slowly in a satisfying way. The narrator gave a spectacular performance bringing to life the characters with different tones and accents, too. I really like the voice they did for Wally Franks even though he was only in the story briefly. And to Bendy and the Ink Machine fans, this story is a must read to understand the crimes of Joey Drew. I am confident in saying Bendy and the Ink Machine is the indie game with the most consistent and good book tie ins.

Narrator Did a Great Job
