Or, you could say.. "Work Smarter, Not Harder!" Yep, audio book is worth Reading/Listening
So you want to keep working to the same 80% that got you where you are today as an individual or business that will probably safely grow at a certain % each year? But is there more? Do you want to risk going deep 10x by transforming your yourself/business to where the "Big Fish" are and latch onto a one? There are risks on both sides of this equation so you better have an efing compelling reason for both!
That's the Asymmetrical part... I liken it to the way Nassim Taleb views the market.
Synthesis: "10x is easier that 2x" (IMHO) is a synthesis of many books on the entrepreneurship and business that i've read..
IE. "The E Myth" Michael Gerber, "Who moved my Cheese,& Out of the Maze" Dr. Spencer Johnson (RIP), "Seven Habits" Stephen Covey, "The 12 week Year" Moran, Lennington, "Alpha Brain" Stephen Duneier, "Fooled by Randomness" Nassim Taleb, "Thinking Fast and Slow" Daniel Kahneman, other good ones.
Ben Hardy Phd includes many "case studies" regarding the topic. That alone is worth listening to! Ben takes the information and wraps it up in an understandable and practical way of approaching this idea of 10X is Easier than 2X. Its an intersting and thought provoking book.
It's gonna be a calculated "Leap of Faith" to do the 20% for the 10x move. You're gonna have transform yourself and business to do it.
You are going to know why and where to place the "X" so make sure your ladder is leaning against the right wall!

Incredible

I’ve lived all of the Dan + Benjamin combo books, but have loved this one the most. I did what it said and I’m already seeing 10x results

Phenomenal!

The stories, data and messages are not only captivating but also they are the truth. I think we forget that we get in our own ways daily and the structures laid out are prime examples of the alternatives we should be looking to grow with. I’m implementing these with my teams and my own life right away!

Pros and cons but still worth the read

Pro- Really enjoyed the content and pulling together of the previous concepts from other books. Definitely changed the way I look at things and will be approaching work going forward.

Con- Struggled to listen to the interview portion at the end of each chapter. Partly because it did not flow well but mostly because Dan Sullivan’s comments showed him to be of the baby boomer generation without much knowledge outside his scope. He made comments such as “only the very intelligent kids commit suicide” and “we all have a disability.”

Great book with great principles!

This explained everything it takes to take yourself or business 10x. Just the first chapter is worth the price of this book. There were plenty of good examples that helped solidify the concepts.

Normally I’m skeptical of books that are more than 7hrs because they can have a lot of “fluff.” But not this one!

I am recommending this book to my friends.

I loved this book so much. I’ll probably keep reading it. I’ve probably recommended it to at least 10 people.

Enjoyed the awakening

Good examples. Thoughtful explanation. Helpful interaction between authors. I’m looking forward to the online resources to continue learning.

The second listen to this is better!

This book has really helped me see where I am stuck and how to expand. It has given me permission to “find the right who” and not do it all myself. It is very encouraging and easy to get excited about. The steps are simple and I have been unnecessarily complicating things for myself. I truly loved this book, I enjoyed listening to Dan and Ben chat in-between chapters and the insight they provide. Highly recommend this book to anyone who loves growing personally or professionally.
